Tip #1
If you have pop-ups on start up you can change that. Go to http://www.sysinfo.org/startuplist.php. Then click start, run, type msconfig, press Enter and on the tab that says start-up and then type in the name of the start-up program and the website will tell you if the program is wasting your time.

To go back and forward in Internet Explorer 7 by Microsoft hold the Alt key on your keyboard and press the back and forward on the arrow keys.
